"Nice pet area but exorbitant pet fees higher than advertised on website. Especially since people hasn't cleaned up after their pets. I suspect it was because the fee was so high they thought it was taken care of for them. I do clean up after my pets. Room was clean, comfortable bed and room. Staff was courteous. Dinner was good. Would probably stay elsewhere on the future due to the pet charge."

"I had a disappointing experience during my stay. Upon check-in, the front desk staff was not very accommodating and came across as sarcastic when I asked about the resort fee, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Additionally, the pool hours were quite limited (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM), which was inconvenient for guests with different schedules. I was originally scheduled to check out on Monday morning, but I decided to leave a day early on Sunday night because I no longer felt comfortable staying. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I woke up with significant neck and shoulder stiffness after just one night and even had to seek medical attention. That said, I do want to acknowledge the housekeeping team for maintaining a clean room, which I appreciated. The servers and cashiers at the pool area were also very friendly and welcoming, which was a bright spot during my stay. Overall, while there were a few positive aspects, my experience fell short due to the lack of hospitality at check-in and the discomfort of the accommodations."

"We enjoyed our stay although it was just one night. The room was spacious, clean and beds/pillows were comfortable. Staff were quick to respond to our needs and were professional as well. Breakfast was okay. I would book this hotel again and stay longer than one night."

"Accommodated for my particular situation and my son’s allergies. Savvy went above and beyond to check the hotel records to see the last time pets were checked into the particular room reserved. Hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast provided had many options and one of the bests that I have had in my travels. They even had refreshing water with an assortment of fruits infused daily. The hotel staff went above and beyond to fix the pool so our boys could play. A restaurant is on site which came in handy when I was tired from a long day on the field. The cleaning service was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was clean. My son broke his jelly jar and they cleaned up all the glass for our safety. Property was beautiful and colorful. I even saw the manager pulling weeds outside! Would stay here again. "
