"Excellent stay"

"Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding. The breakfast included in the room was decent - perhaps not as good as in some larger hotels but it would be unfair to expect them to provide as much variety in such a small hotel - and the made to order choose your eggs was a nice touch. "We stayed here one night on our way to Berlin. It was ok for that purpose. Parking, wifi and breakfast included. The room was 2 stories with 2 beds downstairs and 2 upstairs. The breakfast was ok, not most we had but ok. The stay was very quiet and safe area."

"We have stayed a couple of days but did not eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel. We did rent however bikes (very easy!!!). Very friendly service and good place to be. We did enjoy the stay very much and would come back for sure. "

"Frühstück und Personal 5 Sterne, Zimmer leider nur 2, da es sich um ein (Kur-)Klinikzimmer handelte. Entsprechend war der Charme des Zimmers. Im Wellnessbereich waren wir nicht, bei der Ankunft wurde uns allerdings mitgeteilt, dass der Zugang nicht im Preis enthalten sei und 20€ p.P. extra kostet. Bei 2 Personen steigt der Übernachtungspreis dann um schlappe 40%. Das Problem sei bekannt und beträfe nur Buchungen über Expedia. Da sei man bereits im Gespräch. Ein kostenloser Zutritt zum...

"Boede i suite. Flot værelse m 2rum Stort badeværelse m badekar ( ikke jacuzzi) Problem, at der ikke er gardiner og ingen aircondition så nødvendigt m åbne vinduer ud til byens torv m brosten,,, Ikke vild m puderne. "

"Lebensmittel vom Vorgänger im Kühlschrank. Raucherecke vorm Schlafzimmer. Vom Restaurant die Kühlung vorm Fenster so das man nachts nicht das Fenster öffnen konnte. Fettgeruch auf dem Balkon (Balkon kostet extra) vom Restaurant. Betten für zwei Kinder viel klein. Gardinenstange fiel direkt mitsamt Vorhängen runter. Sauberkeit naja"

"So happy to have discovered this interesting and beautiful hotel! We chose it because the price was good and we suddenly needed to stop as we were traveling in the area. Ots more than we expected - really an historic renovated very cool place. The owner has given great detail to everything. Gorgeous artifax, furniture, attention to tiny details, including freshly baked sourdough bread at the excellent breakfast (we bought some to take with us, the crust was so good). "Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Lage ist super. Müritz Therme ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausstattung der Zimmer war gut. Alles vorhanden um sich selbst gut zu verpflegen. Ruhig. Platz für die ganze Familie. "

"Beschriebener Pool nicht vorhanden, WLAN nicht funktioniert, Internet und Handyempfang kaum vorhanden, frische Handtücher nach 2 Tagen selber geholt, Zimmerreinigung und Zimmerservice trotz anwesender Corona-Gruppe nicht täglich, bis auf eine sehr nette, tätowierte Mitarbeiterin und einen jungen bemühten Mann leider Personal eher inkompetent und arrogant in Erinnerung geblieben."
