The room was definitely neglected, bugs that were dead in plain sight and not picked up, room service never cleaned any messes, not to mention they just walk in without knocking, just made the beds and took care of the trash can, not the actual trash that was put aside for them, also found a coke ...

We rented two suites for our family of 8 children and the suites were so large to accommodate all 8 kids in one room. The staff was very pleasant with us as well. The complimentary breakfast had many choices as well.
