There was mildew on the shower curtain, we had a broken coffee machine and the battery in the smoke detector in the gym needed replacing so it beeped the entire time I was working out. Even after I notified the front desk, no one bothered to change it. You definitely do not want to stay here. "

"Clean, great smelling room! The owner is quite nice and my wife really likes the pool. Beds are firm and not too worn in. I stayed in Shawano in the summer and regret it terribly, coming to this best western is worth it to me! (25 minute drive to Shawano)"
