"Beautiful place with great amenities"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Falasarna Bay. The rooms looked as advertised, very comfortable, and practical for beach goers. The hotel itself is only a 1-2 minute walk to Small/Baby beach and not too far from Big Beach. Our rooms had balcony's with an amazing view of the beach, which we spent quite a lot of time on when the weather was too cold to go in the water (note, we went before the season began, so some amnetites were not on offer to us like the convenience store or hotel restaurant). The staff were lovely, the beds super comfy, the rooms very spacious and a great shower! We went to a lovely restaurant that was just a 5 minute walk away called Galasia Thea (would recommend!). There was a small kitchenette and a washing line to dry our beach clothes on."

"Such a great local family run property. We enjoyed our stay here so much. The only thing we would have done differently is stay another night. The food was delicious at their restaurant and the view at sunset incredible. I mean the view anytime is incredible. Such a fun hike in their property with cute signs and goats along the way. Gave us some recommendations on other spots. Pool was refreshing after the hike. Accommodation so nice and comfy. Coffee was amazing in the morning and we loved the host and his wife. So nice. Thank you for an amazing stay. "

"Sadly it is currently a building site. It is difficult to enjoy a place when all you can hear are noisy machines and workmen banging. My room wasn't ready when I arrived so I was made to move part way through my holiday. My terrace was overlooked by workmen on scaffolding so I couldn't relax outside. The room had poor sound proofing and every morning I was woken just before 7am to the noise of reception/cleaning staff arriving. The advertised daily spa service was closed for the whole time I was there. The advertised garden and bar do not exist. The advertised peaceful retreat does not exist. However, Maria and Joanna on reception were very friendly and welcoming and my room was kept spotlessly clean. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and there is a friendly taverna in the village."

"This place is a must visit in Crete. The rooms are modern, immaculate and designed thoughtfully. The hotel is perched on a hill that provides impressive views of a stunning beach and clear waters of the Mediterranean. Check in was smooth, due to the friendliness of the staff and the restaurant is fantastic. My wife has severe celiac disease and they accommodated her allergies multiple times for breakfast and dinner and she never got sick. I highly recommend this place for any travelers visiting Crete. "
