"I went to El Salvador for a surgery to remove two hernias at the AVANTE hospital and stayed here. The people are super affectionate and always address you by your name. The surrounding area is fantastic—there are monkeys, birds, several pools, and the beautiful beach right in front of you. I was only a bit disappointed with the conditions of my room. Even though it had a beautiful view, there were a lot of spiderwebs next to the closet where the towels and clothes are kept. Also, water would accumulate a lot in the shower, as if the drain was clogged. Other than that, the staff is super kind and constantly offering service and help at all times. I definitely recommend this hotel!""
