"Overall, my stay was just okay. The entertainment on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday was pretty underwhelming it felt like the better shows actually happened during the week, which was disappointing. The food was also hit or miss. The only standout meal I had was at the steakhouse, which I definitely recommend it’s a must if you stay here. Outside of that, the dining options didn’t really impress me. One major issue was the number of flies around the property, especially in the dining areas. It was pretty noticeable and took away from the experience. I wish the resort would take better measures, like setting traps when restaurants are closed, to control the situation. Overall, I wasn’t very impressed. I’ve definitely stayed at better all-inclusive resorts."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bosque Del Mar. Our Oceanfront room was wonderful with all the amenities needed--large room, separate sitting area and lovely balcony to view Playa Hermosa. The staff were also very accommodating. Our only complaint is that the beach seating is removed each day between 6 and 7pm. We would have appreciated the opportunity to continue to enjoy the beach with a place to sit in the evening. One suggestion: As there is no gift shop in the hotel or nearby, it would be helpful to have some incidentals for purchase when travelers forget to bring items from home; such as, sun screen and bug spray."

"From the time we arrived the experienced staff was friendly and very informative. Our room was very clean with fresh smelling soap and lotion. There grounds were manicured with a tropical feeling of palm trees. The breakfast selection plentiful and yummy, my husband had the Costa Rican breakfast and I had the yogurt and fruit , We took a morning walk and were able to see green parrots. The front desk staff was awesome delivering an important message from friends we were meeting up with. Awesome stay."
