After checking and settling on to our room. They gave a second key for the apartment to another party. They basically just open the door and walk into our room. Very concerning and unsafe.

Obtener las llaves fue como una ginkana llena de acertijos, direcciones erróneas y cajas fuertes equivocadas que nos ocupó 45min. Luego, el alojamiento se contrató con una habitación y resultó que era un estudio donde teníamos que estar 3 personas apretadas

L’appartement est bien , bien équipé , propre . Cependant on entends tout des appartements d’à côté , le moindre bruit , pas très reposant et cela toute la nuit vraiment dommage ! Et la literie du lit pas très confortable .

Apartamento aceptable por el precio que tenia, aunque no se puede decir ni mucho menos que ese a puede pistas. Ni tan siquiera cerca. Detalles poco cuidados, vistas horribles para la zona tan bonita en la que está, pero en general limpio y funcional. Se aparca bien en la calle (de pago) y hay restaurantes y supermercado cerca.

Ferias na neve

Para quem chegar depois das 17H00 é quase impossível encontrar o apartamento, e o numero ninguém atende, quando neva não permite ir de carro até habitação. Apartamento espaçoso, com a temperatura excelente, limpo, funcionarios muito simpáticos. Recomendo mas só para quem tiver possibilidade de chegar ao inicio da tarde.

Pierre… a no volver!!!

El sofá cama es tan decepcionante que te invita a dormir en el suelo, el apartamento es amplio, pero la limpieza es superficial, hasta el punto que el baño tenía al escobilla del wc sucia y con restos de papel higiénico, había un tapón de pasta de dientes tras la puerta y pelos tras al baño y en el desagüe de la ducha (pelo largo y negro) además la ducha le faltaba el difusor del agua y salía un corro de agua, tipo manguera.

No tiene nada que ver la descripción con lo que contratas, tuve que pagar más para no dormir en un sofá cama. En el hotel me dijeron que la zona azul era gratis el fin de semana y podía aparcar delante de los apartamentos y cuando fui a coge el coche me encontré una multa. La recepción fatal, sobretodo la persona que está por las mañanas, maleducado y culpando al hotel y a las diferentes webs en lugar de dar soluciones. En los laterales del sofá cama lleno de pelos de perro, el baño es muy pequeño, está divido en dos, ducha junto con la pica y el inodoro a parte. Sin duda no volveremos

Un apartamento muy agradable. Contenía casi todo los utensilios para una estancia de una semana. Hemos echado de menos una lavadora. La ubicación es perfecta en el Tarter. Muchas actividades que hacer cerca de los apartamentos. La limpieza ha sido correcta aunque se puede mejorar. Las camas muy cómodas y habitaciones bastante amplias.

Reservé a través de Expedia una habitación que era con un sofá cama y una habitación con cama doble y me dieron un estudio con sofá cama. La verdad que el personal de los apartamentos fue muy amable, y al parecer el problema viene por la web de Expedia

El Tarter stay

I never received an email informing me where to get the key, out took me while to figure that out as it is in a different address. Also, we only get site, championship and toilet paper for only the first day or couple of days, I never got an email informing about that, I could have brought them with me. For a 2 week reservation, I think we should have received some more stuff as well as at least one towel change. Kitchen well equipped, in general daily comfortable. Tip, park the car in the ski base parking and use it to store the skies and avoid getting then from the lodge.

Apartamentos nuevos y bien equipados.

Tuvimos un problema porque la descripción del apartamento (tamaño, número y tipo de camas) no coincidía con la expuesta en la web de hoteles.com y de la confirmación de la reserva. Finalmente en los apartamentos nos dieron una solución satisfactoria.
