Hotel Los Lagos Spa & Resort
Loved this resort! Friendly staff, very large clean rooms, and not too crowded. The multiple hot springs pools were fabulous, and the nature walk, wildlife and volcano lookout point right on the resort property were added bonuses.

Volcano Lodge Hotel & Thermal Experience
We loved the fact that there was a private hot tub. The room was good. The staff was wry helpful when we needed them. The beds were a bit smaller in length.

I liked the villa style, but the rooms were basic, and in the washrooms I could hear the people in the villa next to me the entire time when they were in the bathroom showering or using the toilet. I had everything I needed in a very nice, well kept setting. You need to bring your own coffee but you a have a coffee maker. The setting is very nice with a water stream in the backyard. My room looked at the water stream which was very nice. Communication was great. The price is reasonable and ...

Awesome location; neat and spacious villa right at the foot of Arenal; Highlights are the private hot spring pool, large back yard well maintained, fire pit and finally the unique shower/bathroom in main bedroom :)
