"This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Tenerife. The hotel is spotless and the staff are fantastic. In particular Roberto at reception and Yenifer and Omar in the restaurant. The food was amazing in particular the porridge at breakfast and the beef tenderloin. It didn’t feel mass produced like a few buffets do. "We had a really enjoyable stay at Palm Beach. The location is great and all the staff we came across were friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is a good mix between a no-frills apartment and a hotel room, which worked really well for a self-catering getaway. The pool area is lovely, although the sun loungers could get quite crowded at busier times. Breakfast had a good selection with plenty to choose from. There was also entertainment for around an hour each evening, which we liked — enough to give the hotel a bit of atmosphere without it feeling too busy or noisy. Overall, a really good base for a relaxed, self-catering holiday and we’d happily stay again."
