"The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint, which wasn't the fault of the hotel, was the adjacent church that rang its bell 24 or 25 times at 6:30am, and again at 7:00am."
"Finca Comala was perfect for me. The rooms are quite comfortable and clean, the pool is refreshing in the hot afternoon and there are a number of really nice birds in the garden area. There's coffee and bread in the morning, good Wi-Fi and an easy walk into town and to the Hacienda Nogueras. More than anything Lupe made my stay very enjoyable. I'd recommend this strongly to solar travellers and those with family."
"Th rooms were very beautiful. They were very traditional, but not giving you that old run down hotel feeling. The garden was plush with all sorts of beautiful plants like you were in a jungle. It was nice walking on the trails they had through the grounds. The staff were very friendly and most of them spoke English well. One thing I like is that there are only around I think 12 or so rooms, so they can attend to every little need you have and quickly. The food at the restaurant was very good as well. "
"While the hotel is centrally located to many walking distance attractions, the hotel check in was awkward. The “bar” was set to open in a few days. That was the reception area. No lights were on. When the hostess walked us up to the room, the hallways were unlit as well. The room was small with not many areas to unpack your bags. On a positive note, the AC was cool enough. The bathroom door never really closed well without slamming it. Also the shower never got really hot. The water stayed lukewarm.
Since the hotel was above a couple of bars, the noise at night was extremely loud. My partner had to resort to stuffing his ears with cotton balls. He complained about the noise and said he couldn’t get any rest. I suggest they leave earplugs. We stayed during the week so we expected a little bit of quiet but the live rock bands were going until 2 am every night. "
"I really enjoy this little hotel staff very helpful and kind
The restaurant very nice and u iqie view
They just need a coffe maker and s hair dryer in the room other than that very clean and cozy.."
