First room offered was unusable as under renovation full of building materials and rubble. Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. This was a very nice boutique hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful with a dinner recommendation. The breakfast was basic but very good. Although the pool looked open the water in it was not clean and/or clear.
