The first 24 hours we were there, we were locked out of our room 4 times with one of those lasting an hour waiting on maintenance to come let us in. Did not get the breakfast package. The apartment was very nice and clean. Staff very friendly, the roof top view was excellent.

Central Park Tower
Apartment was dirty, bed had used dirty linens. Checked out same day we checked in. Let the receptionist gentleman know and all he said was okay call the office. No follow up, no refund, huge loss. However, could not stay there was not what was advertised online. Do not stay here!
