"The facility is very nice. Suites are beautiful and spacious. Messages sent through Expedia are not read. Staff's attitude is excellent, but would benefit from better procedures and professional management, like when several minor issues at the suite could have been solved much faster or avoided altogether."

"If you are from out of the country like I was, this place is not easy to get to, but worth the drive for spectacular view of the coastline. If you are going here, make sure you go to residenciales atami. ask the gate guard and he will direct you. Nice room with A/C, the property is on the side of a mountain. Only 3 or 4 rooms have the nice view of the coastline. There are 2 pools one for adults and 1 for kids. they have hammocks. the staff was very helpful, they serve you typical local breakfast. there are several restaurants near by that are really good, Betos and Pelicanos inside Atami resort. there is also a small restaurant close by, we had breakfast there and it was really good and fresh, the restaurant is like a tiki hut off the cliff, nice views in the morning of the local fisherman fishing in the distance. if you come here make sure you visit Puerto Libertad, is only 30 minute drive southwest of the property. You will find fresh catch of the day fish, there are also 2 piers and a ferris wheel. Use caution travelers, go in the daytime, return home by dusk,"

"Todo súper bien. Es un lugar diseñado pensando en todo. Un hotel con un concepto diferente a lo tradicional. Muy buena vista al mar que es principalmente para surfing . Muy privado y súper relajante , la alberca es concepto infinito muy bella y limpia. Al cruzar la calle está restaúrant “la palapa” con un sazón riquísimo. Al hotel le doy 5 estrellas porque no tiene más😍"
