"My partner and I had an incredible stay at the S Resort, the location was perfect as it was just a short walk to the beach and bars where you could head off for your tours. The staff were absolutely phenomenal (shout out especially to Carl, James and Nicole) everyone was so lovely and accommodating! GG was so well looked after and behaved it was hard to leave her, and the amazing masseuses that would come to the room and put us to sleep."

"Breakfast is good. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The shower has no door so the water can splash out. The key is old fashioned not card keys. But overall we like the hotel. It is beautiful inside the hotel"

"The staff was very helpful specially Marv. He was very accommodating and helped us everything that we needed. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Would stay here again when we come back to el nido. The beach was a 5 minute walk from the hotel and they have plenty of restaurants to choose from. I also liked that the hotel had a shuttle van to go into town and back to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you ever go to El Nido Palawan"

"The staff are absolutely the best of all the places we’ve stayed in the Philippines. They adhere to the highest quality of customer service. We’re also thankful for the spa and gym staff. They keep the sauna area and gym impeccable. The food served at Gana restaurant are delicious and the servers and cooks are all great! And don’t miss out on dinner at Henri’s. Every one of the shuttle drivers and boat crew, including Mike at conscierge are absolutely top notch. Our butlers (Anne and Ralf) made our stay the most memorable! Because of these two, we plan to return in the future."

"Lime Resort is very professional and customer-focused, with service that goes above and beyond. Every staff member from security, front desk, and concierge to the drivers and restaurant servers was accommodating, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. Before our arrival, they proactively informed us that the infinity pool would be closed and offered the option to switch to an affiliated hotel or keep our original booking. I am so glad we chose to stay. Not only is Lime conveniently located near town and Vanilla Beach, but the staff truly made all the difference. A few minor issues: the TV didn't work properly, the shower tended to leak water onto the bathroom floor, and the sink area could benefit from a wider shelf for toiletries. Additionally, a broader breakfast selection with more fresh fruit or cheese would be nice (though my family was completely happy with it). Overall, we were very satisfied, highly recommend Lime Resort to everyone, and will definitely stay here again if we return to El Nido"
