"Pros: The room is good size for family. The staff are nice and polite. It is good location. Cons: 1) when we arrived, I was told that I don’t have a reservation, bc my reservation was never confirmed. I showed proof of paid reservation from Hotels.com. Moins propre, en moins bon état, pas sale mais avec des bêtes se ballandant au sol, moins bien localisé que dans l annonce (point de vue personnel au vu de mes rdv) Je n ai pas vu l annonceur mais cependant il était disponible par téléphone. "Het Hotel had bevestiging gestuurd voor accoord. Dag voor aankomst stuurde Hakim van Hotel bericht dat hij net de boeking had gezien. Helaas was het appartement niet beschikbaar. Hij zou wat anders regelen. Wij toch naar Hotel en hoorden daar dat Hakim een groep bruiloftsgasten had geboekt. Hij had receptie opdracht gegeven om Buitenlandse gasten af te wimpelen. Heeft ons vervolgens in een “afbraakappartent” geplaatst omdat wij niets meer konden vinden. Wilde 20% meer geld omdat andere complex...
