"Stayed at the Marco Polo for 8 days with my partner. The Hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. On arrival reception staff were friendly and upgraded us to a sea view room. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Rooms are cleaned daily, have a mini fridge and come with little extras, I thought the razors were a nice touch. "This is our 3rd time visiting Bel Azur and we had a wonderful time. We were there 2 weeks.
We had a basic double room this time. There were a couple maintenance issues with our room (light bulb changes and shower head change) but the hotel took care of them right away. It was a spacious room with a large balcony. Nothing fancy but very clean.
Housekeeping was fantastic. Entertainment crew was great- lots of activities and shows. Food was delicious, with lots of choices, every night.
