"Beautiful aparthotel. Very quiet, excellent service with Cathy. Room cleaned and fresh towels almost daily. Cathy was very helpful in advising us where to go, about the area etc. No pool at the property. But sea and natural pools on the doorstep "

"This was our first time here and we were very impressed. The service, food and facilities were great. We were particularly impressed by the number of activities, it meant we were never bored. Lots of great staff but a special mention to Pedro, Mario and Bruno for keeping us entertained."

"This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. "What a wonderful hotel and the all inclusive was excellent. We enjoyed having lunch at Breeze overlooking the ocean - you could even have steak! Breakfast and dinner buffets were brilliant as well. The all inclusive included all drinks and the cocktails were freshly made. The wine was from a bottle and not on tap and very good quality. I recommend the pina coladas and Aperol Spritz! The pool area was well maintained - we could always find a sunbed. We hired a car which was quicker and cheaper than a transfer from the airport and have us the opportunity to drive up Mt Teide and to the Masca Gorge - both of which were stunning views and the landscape is beautiful. All in all a wonderful relaxing week away! Thank you Barcelo Santiago!"

"The room/villa was large, comfortable and well equipped. The pool was great and the sun lounger sstem of booking worked very well. On site supermarket, though small, was usefull. The staff were fantastic. Car parking in the area is horrendous, but onsite carpark good, though it costs."
