"The gardens are amazing, the room clean & staff very attentive. I had a lovely massage whike staying there.
The included breakfast was excellent.
The price of the beer & wine was very expensive though. US$10 for small glass of wine.
Understand this is a non drinking culture but even a wine at the fantastic Kfuhu Restaurant in the Pyramids complex was cheaper."

"The staffs all very nice and sweet.
However the hotel is not completed the construction. The hallway to the room is mess and uncleaned..
Made me feel like one star hotel "

"The staff was great, the owner very accommodating, location very close to the museum and pyramids. I'd advise to stay in a nicer part of town and just commute to the pyramids. And I'd advise to make your own arrangements if you want a tour (or just uber to pyramids and museum at a fraction of the cost). Their recommendation was both expensive and not honest. That shouldn't reflect the hotel directly, but it was a factor that made my stay less than ideal."

"The room was spotless. Mohammed did a great job with housekeeping every morning. Please let this message be seen by his manager. Thank you very much."
"Had very good memory of this hotel. Grand. Resort style. Hugh, beautiful pool and surroundings. Very green! Really good staff. Hazem Mohammed made our stay special. Great person, befitting his position as chief concierge. We travelled independently so he made sure we got what we needed for going out around town. Other staff members provided necessary attention too. And Naser our room attendant went above and beyond to make it comfortable to stay there.
Eating had to be in if not out in a taxi. One main buffet room, a cafe, an Italian and a Japanese. Buffet is quite good. Plus, a really good liquor bar that we frequented every evening that made our very good drinks.
Wifi is not reliable at all. Smoking is allowed, and seems everywhere.
Bed is comfy and shower hot and strong. We were happy!

"It was an absolute pleasure staying at Noya. It's the perfect getaway right at the outskirts of Cairo. It's also perfect if you're looking for a peaceful stay around the pyramids and the museum.
The view from the rooftop is amazing...you get to see the pyramids and a unique view of Cairo.
The place is very well kept (the gardens, the pool, the rooms...etc.) and the interior design is quite tasteful.
The staff are very friendly, helpful and generous with their time and treats.
I will certainly become a regular. "
