Also, we needed an extra sheet because it got wet and we couldn't get one from the staff on duty. The apartment had everything we could need and the views were fantastic. "Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not."

"We recently stayed 3 weeks at El Marques Palace in a 1 bedroom sea view unit. Everything was great and the view from our balcony was spectacular. Front desk staff were always helpful and even gave us more clothes hangers when we asked. While the terrain is hilly, there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance and a grocery store across the street. The pool bar also had excellent food and great service. Would highly recommend."

"The cleaners were very good, beds were made every day, plenty of towels, were changed twice a week. The reception was` very helpful. Safe was €34 a week and €17 returned when I returned the key. A very pleasant stay and good value for money. Stayed end April 2024"

"Just back from a week's stay, big hotel but you never get the feeling of being crowded. Our room had a kitchenette, which had enough equipment to make simple dinners & breakfasts. No air conditioning in the room, but not a problem as was cool in evenings/overnight. The staff were very helpful - overall a great place to stay in a nice part of Tenerife."

"Hotel in ideal position,5-15 mins from supermarket,restaurants,beach and main square. Bus station is 3 mins walk. Checking was easy. Rooms are ok but could do with a update. Swimming pool/area was well kept. I rented a in-room safe which didn't work (battery needed replacing) went to reception and was offered a security box till it was replaced, it was replaced with-in 2-3 hours. I would stay here again because for the price it is ideal. "
