"There is not a positive about this property. It is in a very scary area. Not in a neighborhood or residénciale. There was no host communication until we reached out. The man who is point of contact from Expedia, Giro, says the right man is David, who leaves you with MarieLou. Toilets and plumbing are backed up, had to walk four blocks to a restaurant to use the bathrooms. The food was mediocre at best. The property was empty- I was the only guest there. The property is outdated and needs to be updated immediately. It was not well maintained; lots of dust and cob webs in my room. I was very disappointed because I paid for a luxury experience and the only luxury was the ocean; which was free. "
