I would suggest a little more efficiency and punctuality with the transportation to the airport. The receptionist told us they transport every 30 min to the airport which is not true only if there is a certain amount of people they will authorize a drive.

NH Collection Mexico City Reforma
Hotel is next to the bars and I could hear the music going until 4am every night. The shower had no hot water, the TV would constantly stop working and a small M&M bag was over $3. My room was only cleaned 1 day out of 4. I spoke to the front desk but they never rectified anything.

ULIV Mexico City
Clean room. Noisy, but because it is right in the middle of everything that is somewhat expected. Better quality windows could have dampened the non stop traffic noise at night. The room was a bit on the auster side. You gotta pay extra for room cleaning. Not your traditional hotel, but very central. ...

Hotel & Suites PF
Staff are friendly, housekeeping was poor. Concierge and front desk excellent. The hotel must be built over the metro. The building sways, creeks and groans like an earthquake every day.
