"Very beautiful property, room was spacious , food was good.
Front desk Staffs are okay. - they did their job but not as welcoming or accommodating as staffs in other resorts in Carribean. And don’t expect early check in, the front desk have us wait till 3pm to check in ( I guess the room was ready before check in , I was waiting at the lobby, but they didn’t notify me the room was ready until I ask them if it was ready at 3pm.
Restaurant staffs were really nice and excellent service.
I think I will not come back to Costa Rica, rather go to DR or Cancun for my next trip.
I recommend this resort who are planning to visit La Fortuna. "

"The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is very courteous and the premises are gorgeous. It’s nice to have a volcanic water pool even though in my opinion it should not be so hot. Both my girlfriend and I got a little dizzy after a while. I do recommend staying there though. The breakfast is fantastic! Location as well."
