"Het hotel op zich is iets buiten Palamos gelegen, maar wel op wandelafstand van de zee. Bij aankomst was de dame aan de check-in vriendelijk. Onze kamer viel redelijk mee, was wel ruim met een slaap ruimte en een ruimte waar een salon en TV stond. De badkamer is voorzien van een bad maar als je 1m80 bent kan je er niet in liggen, lees eerder de grote van een zitbad. Daar ontdekten we dat bepaalde handdoeken nog vuil waren alsook waren de lakens niet volledig proper. Het ontbijtbuffet is heel...

"Great location, great view, great room and a nice "garden" touch, everything exceeded my expectation! Until I looked for the amenities: no shapoo/body wash, a couple of gold hari on sheet (I'm Asian), no kettle. They were kind enough to provide kettle though. I saw espresso machine but no coffee, they provided some upon my request. But I was quite suprised they charged me all those when I checked out - a finglenail size coffee cream cost 1 Euro! Oh, parking is 10 Euro a day. Keep on the good...

"Great location and amenities!! Most staff friendly but bar and cleaning staff less friendly. Raised a concern with front desk and nothing was done about it. Loved the pool and access to ocean. Food quality really good !"
