Had to tell them it had not been cleaned after asking for it to be cleaned the previous day. Would not put me off staying there again. Had a relaxing 5 nights."

"Staff was excellent and nothing was too much trouble, the only thing I would say is if you are looking for a quite hotel then go no further but like us if you want bars and restaurants that are open after 11pm then unfortunately nothing is really around this location without walking at least 20 minutes but really great hotel "

"I had a wonderful time here. The environment was nice, with a quiet, beautiful golf field view and decent swimming pools nearby. The stuff was friendly, attentive and helpful. They even prepared a bottle of complimentary sparkling wine for my birthday when I didn’t mention anything about it. I bought the half board package, which includes 2 buffets a day. The foods were good and were slightly different day to day. I am very happy with the stay here and I definitely will recommend it to other people interested to go to Tenerife. "
