"Awesome location, directly across the street from the beach. No AC in main part of house. AC ran great in all bedrooms. Hot tub was not operational, and there was not toilet seat on one of the toilets. Manager said owner was shipping one from US, but never arrived. No daily housekeeping, refrigerator did not get or stay cold. And taxis we arranged for pick up to leave, never arrived. We were allotted one towel per person, and had to ask to get them changed out. An added perk we didn’t even realize until arriving was that this house is associated with the Awa hotel brand and you get all the perks of the hotel that is within a 5 minute walk. "The hosts, Augustin and his grandma were wonderful. You need to take a taxi from the main square (as walking would take 20/25 min) but the ride is only 5 minutes and cost 50 pesos. The room was fine, the bed comfortable. The only thing was that there was no water coming from the bathroom sink but there was another sink in the room which worked (and the shower worked well). I would say it was a little overpriced (although it included breakfast) but all in all, it was perfect for an overnight...
