"Fantastic situation in close walking distance to Playa Dorada (great for swimming) and numerous eateries. They even have a place to store bikes in the hotel should you wish to have a spin around the nearby national park"
"We had a great time at the hotel, the venue is clean and has good facilities. As a vegan, the vegan corner at buffet was brilliant and the food was varied and tasty.
The absolute best bit however, is the reps who are fantastic and keep the energy high and entertainment constant!"
"We just got back from a two week family holiday 1-14 Aug 2026. Two adults and two children 9 & 11. We stayed in the Adventure Park area but also had access to all other areas. We had a great time. Lots of activities during the day to keep the kids entertained with multiple pools, pool side entertainment and kids clubs etc…We all really enjoyed the evening shows and entertainment. Animation Team were exemplary. Food was really good at all times of the day. The main restaurant did get a little over crowded on some evenings - that is the only sight flaw I can highlight. Rooms were spacious and well maintained by the cleaning staff. 15 minute walk to the marina and nearby beach which was stunning. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We didn’t feel the need to upgrade to the gold package."
"We only stayed for one night. Lovely clean room. Good Aircon. We had a balcony pool view. Although Coffee/Tea provided, there was no water/creamer/milk provided, so pointless really.
Its near music Square and the restaurants and shops and of course a short walk to the ferry."
"A really lovely hotel that we are looking at booking again.
Came with my friend and my two children for 7 nights, all inclusive.
Room was lovely and spacious with a huge bed for my friend and I and the sofa bed was big for the girls. Nice and clean and kitchen was good. Few ants in the bath most days but we washed them away. Had a lovely room away from the main pool and entertainment and it was nice and quiet.
Kids pool was where we spent most our pool days as it was quieter than the bigger one! And oddly not really any screaming kids! Felt like our own private pool at times
Very very few early morning sun lounger hoggers which was refreshing. We popped towels down when we went for breakfast at 9ish and there were still a few free.
Food is ok. Breakfast great, lunches and dinners just a bit hit and miss. Sometimes lots to eat and other times not a huge amount that was nice. Different themes each evening and there was always something being freshly cooked which my friend and I liked."
