2/10 Terrible

"Severe sewage problem. We had no water for a period of 11-8am and then the water was running gross black water. The front desk staff acted like it was no problem. My niece came to have lunch with me and the front desk guy wanted 510. Pesos to let her in. I said how much are you going to pay me for the dirty water in the bathroom?. RUDE!! Check out that day. The staff needs to be considerate of guests.!!"

"I know tbe US has a travel advisory for Acapulco. Not once did I feel threatened or see a threat. I went from airport to the resort. The resort was amazing! Spa was awesome and the food was perfect. OMG! I was having issues when I got there. However, after eating the fresh food my digestive system got back on track. It was an amazing ecperience and beautiful view all day and night."
