"The room wasn’t clean, the mold in the shower would prevent the water from even draining. There were coffee stains on the table from whoever was there before. You could not sleep in even if you wanted to, it gets SO hot inside, we were running out of there. My room was sold to me as an upgrade for with w city view and all we could see were the electrical lines. I saw someone else leave a review that staff was non existent, and I agree. A security guard from a different business ended up helping us out! There’s other places around with a better view, more comfortable and clean. Would not recommend this place."

"A great hotel with great staff. We stayed for 2 nights, the Wi-Fi was excellent, we had a great check in. Breakfast was top notch. Pool was clean and when we stayed no one else was around. You had hammocks and plenty of sun beds. Good restaurants close by, and the area felt very safe. The front desk booked our taxi back to the airport for a great price, was cheaper than uber and the vehicle was in great condition. If you're going to use a hotel in San Salvador I would recommend this without hesitation."
