"This hotel is steps away from the bus station and ferry pick up/drop off. Also a 3 minute walk from the Mark Twain point (beautiful scenery). The staff was the best hotel staff I have ever encountered and made us feel right at home 24/7. The dinner was fantastic and so much fun. We will be back in the summer! "

"Our family loved Hotel Royal Luzern. The staff was the best part for our group, and we would recommend them for any future opportunities/promotions. The rooms are a bit older, but we didn't mind. The location was great and we would certainly stay here again. "
