"The reception has limited staffed hours and if arriving outside those hours you must call to get access. Luckily, I had cellular service. The room we had was almost perfect! A kitchen/dining area with toaster oven and portable stove and with a door separating the bedrooms. The balcony has great views of the mountains as do the bedroom windows. My little one enjoyed having a bunk bed with her own door for privacy (and for the adults to stay up later was good too!). The lighting was a bit dark but...

The only thing we didn't like was that the ladies in the reception were extremely rude and didn't have any manor how to speak to people. I said good morning, and she's not even responding. It's been awhile since they've done any remodeling so it feels like a bit of a throwback, but hey it's nice not to stay in some overly tricked out boutique hotel. The back courtyard is really lovely and a great place to have breakfast whilst having the Alps looming over you. And that's why you're there in the first place."
