"Travelled solo as an invisibly disabled woman for a trip to Berlin. Staff: amazing and so friendly, from helping me sort a charger converter emergency, to assisting with laundry. Room: a favourite on my trip for being able to cook small meals. Grocery store is about an 8 minute walk, well placed. Bed comfortable, climate control reasonable, strong shower Accessibility - no issues, elevator to floor, short walk from S Bahn major hub. Area: reasonably safe feeling, great Asian place nearby, also late night burger place if snacky. Shopping place around corner is fantastic to stock unit and also has charger converters in electronics store if yours gives up the ghost like mine did. Transit to main tourist areas via train in about 20-25 minutes, same to airport. Very handy!"

"This hotel is brilliant: just steps from the train station and tram stops, two grocery stores and eating places. We stayed in a real neighbourhood of friendly people. The view of the vicinity particularly in a golden November was priceless. Communication with staff via WhatsApp was friendly and prompt. The only trouble we had was with the bed which had one side flushed against the wall, making it difficult for the one on the side of the wall to get in and out of bed. "

"We've been going here for years and would highly recommend. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and its a quiet street. They have snacks and cold drinks to buy if need to. Train and underground is a 5 min walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. "

"Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. He barely spoke any English so he was confused on how to help me, but eventually he showed me how to use my key on the back door to get in (there is no sign or obvious spot to put your key card). And because it’s a separate entrance you can’t use the elevator after 3pm which is annoying because i was on the 4th floor. The wifi was HORRIBLE. Every few minutes it would disconnect from my phone and i would have to go into my settings, turn off wifi entirely, then turn it back on and MAYBE the wifi would reconnect. If you’re not close to the lobby then the wifi doesn’t work (even in the lobby it was slow). It was just very underwhelming and barely met the standards. Wouldn’t stay here again let’s just put it that way. "
