"The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Breakfast was well worth it. And you can’t beat the location! It is very easy to find it from the main train station, and it is within walking distance to Petite France and the Christmas markets. We really enjoyed our stay! "

"The main criteria: clean, quiet, helpful staff, location, were all outstanding. Restaurant was also great! I would recommend management to install some cabinets/drawers in the room. We had three suitcases for a longer vacation and had to keep our clothes in them and them on the floor the entire stay. "

Pretty central location, I felt we were able to walk to locations easily (15 minutes maximum to the city centre for the Christmas markets!!) the best part about this hotel is that it has a small kitchenette! You can actually store your food in the Kiki fridge provided, but also make/reheat food on the stove top or in the microwave which was AMAZING. The staff were also friendly! "
