Fantastisk service i receptionen, hjälpsamma och engagerade. God frukost men kan behöva utvecklas rent logistiskt. I nuläget uppstår en del krockar och köer eftersom mat och dryck är placerat alltför tätt i relation till hur gästerna rör sig.

Très bien .

Suite réservée pour Noël. Très beau petit hôtel moderne. Tout est neuf, en bon état et la déco est de très bon goût. Piscine et jacuzzi très sympa. Centre d'Eguisheim à 5 minutes à pied.

Magnifique suite au cœur des vignes

Magnifique suite dans les vignes pour un séjour à 3 au moment de noël. Prestations haut de gamme concernant la chambre ( literie tout confort, salle de bains avec une grande douche et un miroir anti buée), espace aquatique de grande qualité avec une piscine intérieure de taille suffisante, un jacuzzi à la température adéquate et un sauna extérieur en forme de tonneau de vin. Le seul bémol sera concernant le petit déjeuner, bien trop classique et ne proposant que très peu de produits locaux, à 15€ par personne je m’attendais à bien mieux. Des efforts à faire sur ce point et tout cela parfait dans cet hôtel situé en proche banlieue de Colmar sur la route des vins.

Sehr schönes Hotel

Bei Ankunft um 11:30 Uhr war keiner an der Reception zu finden- Kollegen von der Bar/ Frühstück versuchten jemanden zu finden, erfolglos. Wir fuhren dann wieder weg und kamen gegen 16 Uhr wieder. Check in dann besetzt und freundlich, da zur Zeit ein grosser Teil des Hauses umgebaut wird, ist alles wohl etwas anders als normal. Wir mussten vorab Parken in Garage (6€), Frühstück 15€) und Steuern für 2 Tage zahlen. Wir mussten eine Frühstück-Zeit vereinbaren, aus Platz/Covidgründen. Die Damen sprachen kein Deutsch, aber Englisch. Eine der jungen Damen führte uns zur gebuchten Suite, neu renoviert, sehr schön gross und sauber -wir waren 3 Erwachsene. Leider war der safe geblockt und es dauerte eine Weile bis dieser zur Nutzung aufgemacht werden konnte, und in der Minibar (bestückt mit 4 Flaschen Wasser-gratis), war leider eine halbvolle Flasche gestanden. Die 3. Person hatte keine Poolutensilien (nur für 2). Auf Reklamation wurde sofort positiv reagiert! nicht so schlimm, kann alles passieren. Das Hotel liegt wunderschön inmitten von Weinbergen, Outside Pool beheizt, schöne Liegestühle, herrlich ruhig gelegen, ok da ist ein Hahn nebenan der kräht, aber ich fande das schön. in wenigen Gehminuten ist man im wunderschönen Dorf oder zum Wandern in den Bergen. Frühstück war gut, soweit alles da, aber nicht irgendwie besonders, ausser die Orangensaft-Selfpresse, die uns stolz erklärt wurde. Der Bar-Bereich, der auch zum Frühstück benutzt wird ist sehr angenehm, Musik im Hinter
