"We stayed for one night on Sat, July 18, 2026 to Sun, July 19, 2026. We asked for a late check out at noon with Zach and he notated the account. The room only had 2 clean towels....no wash cloths GRRR!! The patio had an empty water bottle & an empty bag (like a Walmart bag) on it....so they did not clean it. The room was spacious and clean. Bed had a foam topper/mattress and we disliked it -- made our backs hurt!! Shower was wonderful!! They provided the complimentary shampoo/lotion/body wash. Kat and Jenelle were great and real friendly!!! Zach w as nice but seems like he should be at a Hilton or Marriott......or some type of upscale/luxury ~~~ hotel/resort. Overall....we will return....me and my guy bc we enjoyed it! The pool was beautiful and a nice temperature that was cool, not cold. I do not think the grounds are as massive as they make it seem on the website LOL.....nice but not big!"
