"Super close to the metro which makes getting around Zurich and beyond super easy! There’s a few markets right across the street if you need anything. It’s quiet and comfortable with lots of common areas to enjoy (lobby work spaces, upstairs restaurant lounge, etc). The free laundry was a huge plus for us since we were traveling to multiple places. Would definitely recommend!"

"The property is generally good, and provides what you need. The lobby restaurant was never open after 3pm regardless of what was posted. The air conditioning in the room could not cool the room but we could open multiple windows at night to help cool the room. They only had one pillow each, so could use another pillow. "Not being able to check in early was very inconvenient. Also, instructions for how and where to use the code to get the room key were lacking. However it was a good price for the time we were there and we didn’t sirens a lot of time in the room anyway. Only came and cleaned and gave new towels once in 9 days. "

"The hotel is conveniently connected to the airport so we had easy access to the train station, restaurants and shopping. This was the first time I was able to take advantage of my Platinum status with Hotels.com and get a room upgrade. We were unable to access the guest WiFi in our room (6th floor) so receptionist gave us “their” secured WiFi. This was not much better. We requested another room and were given one on the 6th floor.
