This was the best place we stayed at during our trip! Beautiful room and surroundings. Enjoyed the hot tub too. Bit of a drive to get there but worth it!

House was immaculate. Iā€™m assuming a new build. Absolutely gorgeous house. Beds were so comfy and linen was such high quality. Check in is self service and really convenient and easy to work. Bathroom was lovely. Price was great with breakfast included (itā€™s a bit out of town hence the lower price). They do stop serving breakfast after October so know that when booking. But I mean seriously, the cutest, comfiest room ever! MĆ”rcia was lovely at breakfast, chatting and advising us on onward travel. I also messaged earlier in the day and she was really helpful. The ONE thing I will say is that itā€™s an echoey house and noises do carry so because we were opposite the front door we heard people checking in at about 23:00 and could hear talking/banging/living noises through the walls. Still, the stay was worth it. Gorgeous place. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful place to stay! It was very cozy, everything was brand new, and the view was amazing. The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay for a night while driving the ring road. Check in was super easy and everything was clean. Bathroom was very spacious. We especially loved the breakfast that was prepared.

Very cozy , literally in the middle of nowhere, suggest packing your dinner beforehand. The place is very tastefully decorated , clean and comfortable! We even spotted some faint northern lights a few days back at this location!

Guesthouse in a rather remote location, nearest town seems to be EgilsstaĆ°ir and that's a half-hour drive away. Self check-in, you are given a code to access your room key. Breakfast is included. Staff kindly ask guests to not wear shoes in the house. Rooms are rather cramped, but clean, beds were comfy and curtains were blackout. Ambiance is somewhat lacking, the view is okay from the outside but there was construction right next to the house. Okay stop for the Ring Road for one night but consider other options.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lindarholl Guesthouse. We had late-night conference calls during our stay and were able to take them from both our bedroom and the common guest area without any issues, all while enjoying their excellent coffee. The breakfast service was exceptional, and we especially appreciated the host's kind hospitality. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Iceland.
