"Unfortunately i cant give a high rate to the owner and the expedia, in the listing it was mentioning that the property has laundry, but we realised later that there is common shared washing machine in -1 floor that works with clins only, for someone coming from other europe and not having swiss franc coins ut was hard to get coins to make the machine working, we troed to contact the owner they said they will bring coins and detegent never happened expedia didnt realyy help as well "

"Brilliant place to stay, my only criticism would be that there isn’t air conditioning which when it is hot in the summer was a shame "

"It’s very comfortable like home. The flat has all kichen stuffs so we cooked n enjoyed own dining. Excellent clean n neat facility "

"Nice quiet village to stay in. Most everything we needed was there, just missing a few things in the kitchen but we managed without. No printed house rules or instructions that we could find. Luckily we've lived in Germany the past 10 years (we're Americans) so we know what to expect for trash, quiet hours, etc."

Good pre/post flight option

"Perfect option for our stay at the end of our trip before a morning flight. 2 stops on the tram (right outside the hotel) to the airport. Small but comfortable room. A little strange that the shower is in the bedroom (we took turns going to the lounge for privacy) but worked just fine. "

"Capsule hotel exceeded expectations. The wi-fi for remote work, the cleanliness of the bathrooms, and the comfort of the bed must be highlighted. If anything, the price could be a bit better. It would also be good to have the option of capsule for couples traveling together."

"I had a pleasant stay at the Zurich Dormero Hotel. The location is clean, quiet, and safe — easy to access from both the airport and the old town via public transit. The neighborhood is peaceful, with a few dining options nearby. The rooms are large, modern, and well-maintained, which was a big plus. However, the lack of air conditioning was a major downside, especially during warmer days. The minibar also wasn’t functioning efficiently, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a solid option if you’re looking for space, quiet, and convenience — just be mindful of the limited cooling and minibar issues. "
