"This place is charming and absolutely gorgeous. The bathroom & tub were amazing! Immaculate. The staff is the real stand out-- incredibly warm, courteous and helpful. "Beds were comfortable. The family stayed in the roomy Bastioni apartment. Breakfast was very good and the staff were patient when we arrived just before serving was supposed to end. The hotel - an old castle —and pool area were lovely. Very friendly staff. "
