The hotel was beautiful. Front desk and restaurant staff are not so great. Could use some humility and a big customer service course. The room had no tissues, we asked for some at the front desk, their answer was we don't use tissues, use the toilet paper (??). another instance we arrive at restaurant ...

Frogner House - Skovveien
Room was excellent, the only issue is that there were no outlets to be used by the bed or the walls. Informed the hotel, the agent acted surprised, offered to check but no one came.
