This is definitely a luxury hotel. Lovely service and art deco design. The bar and breakfast on site were lovely. Rooftop service was slow but food and drinks were good. It’s pricey but it you can, it’s worth a stay.

Classy hotel, lots of wonderful artwork, great spa and the best breakfast! We stayed for one night but would certainly come back!

Frogner House - Skovveien
Room was excellent, the only issue is that there were no outlets to be used by the bed or the walls. Informed the hotel, the agent acted surprised, offered to check but no one came.
