"This could be a wonderful Motel 6, unfortunately the long term residents set off their car alarms and drive in and out with car radios blaring and stare down from the balconies at guests. All seemingly on purpose, either to get the prices lowered or just to be a nuisance. The AC was broken, both ice machines were broken and the first room smelled awful. The woman that checked me in was very helpful and the night gentleman was not. Bring earplugs and your own ice. Will not stay again. "

"The tv remote wasn't working. I called the front desk and he told me to pick up a new remote from the front desk. That one didn't work either. I gave up. When I checked in, there was no one at the counter for 10 minutes and no way to get anyone's attention. When the guy showed up he said he was "wandering around the hotel." He checked me in and never said one word about an extra $100 deposit he charged for "incidentals." I didn't know about it till the next morning when I saw the money being held in my account. That "incidental" charge is such bs. What a way to tell your guest "I don't trust you" right off the bat. It's gross. Many of us live paycheck to paycheck so when we are able to eke out a vacation, even for only a day, an extra $100 being held on the account is a detriment. Yes, we get it back eventually - but what if I needed it asap? It also tells me the quality of your typical guest if you have to charge people ahead of their stay. It's a terrible business practice. "

"On the suffice this seems like a great hotel. The lobby and breakfast area are open and airy, the hotel actually had enough night staff to handle issues or questions, and the suites are extra large and clean. Breakfast was also decent. However, I wouldn't stay here again because my sleep was not restful. The beds were hard as a rock and I tossed and turned all night. The building is also poorly constructed - whenever you walk across the room the whole room shakes and makes everything rattle like the TV and dressers. This means when people walked upstairs it felt like an earthquake downstairs and also woke me early in the morning. I was also annoyed that housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms at all on the weekends and only every other day during the week. I get not cleaning every day because many hotels have cut back on that, but I was surprised that weekend visitors like us would not even get a cleaning at all. I also found that breakfast was understaffed. They were constantly out of many things and had to constantly be asked for basic things like plates, cups, and plastic ware. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are a heavy sleeper who doesn't care about an extra firm bed."
