"Very helpful staff"

"So we had a classic king room which was a small room but nice, bed was ok for comfort, only thing about the room from a woman perspective was if doing hair and makeup there was no light to see what you were doing at the mirror so you had to do separately but this is a small complaint, but it was a very nice hotel friendly staff, food was nice we didn't do breakfast, I would visit this hotel again we loved our stay "

"Very strange feeling when we arrived. No clear entry point. Had to call to let staff know we were outside. Grounds were unkempt. Room was dark and seemed grungy. Good bathroom. We slept with the lights on for the first time. We were the only guests. Met the owner, very nice, and gave us a tour of the castle. Cannot recommend."
