"We walked in the door is extremely hot and humid. They had dehumidifiers going everywhere and fan so I’m assuming that air conditioner didn’t work. Took 10 minutes for somebody to come to the desk only for them to be extremely rude and talk to me like I was stupid because I didn’t click 147 times to find out there’s a $200 deposit. When I spoke to him, I decided to cancel because of how unprofessional he was, and he began to talk to me like I was a child and even more rude than originally. I’m very happy. I kept my receipt because I’m gonna assume I’m probably never gonna see that money."

"Beds super comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Water pressure is great. Shuttle service was a bonus. Breakfast area is very noisy, chairs need to have pads on the bottom of the legs to cut down on the awful sound they make scraping across the floor. Will definitely stay again. "
