"The Hotel was great, very clean and the hotel staff were very polite, accommodating and helped out when I needed something. The restaurant at night was also a nice end to our nights, staff was very welcoming and couldn't do more for you. The only issue we had was the morning food service where it's a automatic 18% tip and the service was non existent. Should let the guest decide how much tip they should give based on their experience. "

The Arctic Club Bar and Lobby room are fantastic - great drinks, food to order, all day coffee, tea, fresh water, comfortable like an old top level hotel should be - room was very nice, first class linens, bedding, mini-bar, in room french press coffee top notch, breakfast buffet excellent. The Pioneer Square Light Rail stop is less than 1/2 block away, making trip to/fr airport, and other areas of Seattle including West Lake Monorail to Space Needle fun and easy, bus stops right there as well with $1 cost for seniors. Perfect hotel for city visit, or pre/post cruise. "
