Check in was smooth, early check in was available. we were also able to leave our bags there before check in and walked around the city. The employees were so helpful and accommodating. Close location to restaurants, tram, site seeing. Room was clean and beautiful. Loved our stay here and recommend to all! "

"Belford was my first night in Edinburgh and it was super chill. An easy walk from Haymarket station, the 24/7 check-in was really nice. I had a lovely private room (only 4 of those, so book early!) and the staff were super friendly and kind. It was a chill, well-stocked place right besides Dean Village and not far from West End and their nice bars and cafes. "

"Cold room, bed bugs, only 1 shower, 1 toilet and 1 tiny sink for 12 people. Never hot water to shower (I stayed there for 5 nights and never had hot water).
The only thing that worked was the Wifi. It was relatively clean as well, so thank you to the cleaners, but everything else was bad. "

"There is no parking for this place. The parking that they list on their email is only for permit holders. This greatly reduced my rating. The apartment itself could use a good deep clean. Tons of dust, the couch was covered in stains, the blanket on the couch was very smelly and dirty. The location is okay, far walks and bus rides to everything. "
