All the staff were so helpful and friendly. I have stayed at so many hotels around the world but this hotel has it all. Nice quiet rooms, fantastic restaurants, Wonderful staff. A leisure club with everything… A true gem in the hotel world. Old world charm. Well done everyone

We were put down beside the Spa so we heard a lot of foot traffic while in our room. We had a light flickering for a while but settled as well. Location was fantastic and the cleaning staff were incredibly friendly! :)
