"The room was clean and loved the little duck left out for us. Breakfast had a really good choice of foods, and the service was good. All staff were friendly. The location was perfect, right at the bottom of Victoria Street, which is rumoured to be the street which inspired Diagonally in Harry Potter."

"Staff were fantastic and very friendly, especially the waiter in the bar. Hotel is lovely and a nice touch having mulled wine and mince pies out for guests. Room was big and clean. Bed was very comfortable as were pillows and duvets. Nice touch having the leisure facilities although pool could have been slightly hotter. Perfect location for princes street, Christmas markets, George street and st James quarter. Fantastic stay and can’t wait to return. "

"Fantastic hotel with outstanding staff situated close to many attractions. Clean, stylish with a great ambience. All reception staff from Zoe who checked us in to Davy who was very helpful with our cases leaving, all staff presented with excellent customer service skills. The pool and gym were also excellent. Will definitely return! "
