Decent place to stay in Edinburgh

Nice residence and a comfortable bed but the wifi password didn’t work and they did nothing to help fix it. I had no wifi my whole stay. The bathroom taps are also so loose...they need to be tightened.

Very poorly maintained. Battery expired on smoke alarm. Kitchen was not deep cleaned, fridge didn’t work. Knob came off on cooker. This was the second room allocated to us, as the first was not prepared. We were then allocated a third room on the last day of our stay which was spotlessly clean and well equipped

We arrived late and left early so didn't see much of the outside of the property. There was a light in front but it wasn't working so it was very dark getting to the front door. Best shower we had in Scotland!

Based on my experience I would not recommend to book this hotel due to many reasons. 1. the room was not ready by the check-in time, and we spent around half an hour until the cleaned it. 2. The room was dirty, pretty much dated, and the heater in the bathroom was not working. 3. The hotel has no reception, they just send codes for the main door and the room. There is no staff at all to contact in case of emergency. 4. A couple tried to enter the room in the evening, since the room was booked twice. This is really unacceptable! 5. There are no good restaurants around, and grocery stores are quite sparse.

Please is good. Transportation facilities are available at this location. But there is no washing machine in the property. When you stay longer period this non availability of washing facility made our difficult.

Was very spacious.Good value for money.Stayed one night before flight from Edinburgh airport.Used sat nav so found it easy.Parking could be awkward but we had no problems Large kitchen . Were sent an access code on day of arrival to get into building and another to get into room. Had no problems

Do not stay here. The apartments have thin walls and you can hear everything! The beds are uncomfortable and the sofa bed unsafe. Don’t expect good service from the manager. We complained of our ceiling leaking from the apartment above us. He told us to put a towel down and they would fix it the next day. It never did get fixed and we vacated the room early - we didn’t know if it was clean or dirty water dripping into our place. The apartment next to us came and asked to borrow clean towels. They had just arrived after a long flight and had no towels. When we asked for clean towels from management, he gave us 3 floor mats instead of towels. I do not recommend this place.

The best place i stayed in for along time good to have your own little kitchen with microwave and an fridge and the tv is good most hotels or places only have little tvs Would stay here again because it felt like home.
