Room was clean and beds were comfortable. They offered us Tide pods for free to run a load of laundry which was very nice. Great location, just below the main areas of the Royal Mile. Definitely would stay here again.

Very clean spacious room with comfortable bed and swivel chair. Bathroom was clean anf well maintained Particularly liked the double layer curtains on the wide bedroom window.

Apex Waterloo Place Hotel
Really nice hotel with very good food and friendly staff. Overall a very nice experience. A great base for a trip to Edinburgh with hop on hop off bus tours leaving from just across the road.
