"The room was clean and spacious. The staff was kind. The breakfast was amazing!"

"Door lock on door would not latch so the room was not secure, shower leaked on the back side of the shower head. "

"The room was fair. It appeared clean and staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was average. The bed was hard and sheets were stiff and the room let in a lot of light from the hallway because the door did not fit, so that was probably the most annoying factor about the room. "

"The pool door wasn’t operating well so we kept getting locked in the pool area, then yelled at when we propped it open so we could get out. Also, the ice machines were out of service on multiple floors. They also ran out of towels and didn’t have any for awhile at the pool (this happened both days we were there). But overall the hotel was VERY clean, was right next to a river and had some outside seating which was nice. When they refreshed our room in between nights staying, they organized my daughters stuffies on the bed and left a nice note. It made her smile. The hotel is close to a business district that was pretty neat and had an “old market” feel. Overall I’d recommend staying here, just had some issues with some of the amenities. "

"The room was very spacious. There were stains behind the toilet and the bathtub was peeling inside it. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open and there were no trash bags in any of the trash cans. "

"The staff was very welcoming and friendly. i will say it wasn’t as nice as the pictures and there was a few things in our room that made us question the price."

"This is a terrible hotel with terrible staff. Every time I needed staff I had to wait for them because they were outside of the building. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana. The toilet didn’t flush right. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. The outlet for the tv, fridge, and microwave didn’t work right. We had to choose between having the microwave or the fridge plugged in but not both. The overall stay was awful. The bath runs have black residue all over. Just yuck!"
